We liked the buffet, which was ++different than other hotel breakfast buffets. It had a few atypical options, ranging from egg flambe to miso. +++we also loved the view of TST (facing North-East) peninsula. It was an incredible view that blew my mind.

We stayed 5 nights and were sorry to leave. The Continental Club at the Marco Polo HongKong was a quiet, relaxing oasis in the city. The breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour offered good food and beverages in a Luxe atmosphere. The down pillows and bed were comfortable and the long tub gave me hot soaks after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked well. We splurged for the Harbour view and it was spectacular. We watched the light show from our window. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Some reviews said the decor was dated; I'm in my 80s and would call it classic colonial. We'll rate this among our lifetime favorites.

I recently stayed for 5days in the Continental Club room at the Marco Polo Hongkong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. However, I did feel that the decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated. While the room was adequate and comfortable for my needs, a refresh in design would elevate the overall ambiance. Despite this, the amenities and services offered in the Continental Club made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend it for those looking for a convenient location with excellent service.

We stayed at the Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel from June 4–6, and our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were immediately welcomed and assisted by Zafar, an incredible gentleman who shows deep commitment and passion for his work. His warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. At check-in, we were offered an upgrade to the Continental Club, which made my birthday stay truly unforgettable. We enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks at the lounge, as well as free breakfast and afternoon tea. Our room had a stunning view of Victoria Harbor, and to top it off, the hotel surprised me with a lovely birthday cake. Throughout our stay, we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff, especially Zafar. The room and amenities were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we are thrilled to have found our forever hotel in Hong Kong. We will definitely keep returning to Marco Polo!

Breakfast was very satisfactory and the location is strategically superb. The room was well appointed and spacious. Cleaning was alright and regular, when requested. I appreciated the quick revert from HK when ever requested to addl room amenities, especially when we requested for additional water. HK staff is pleasant, and the front desk staff is competent & accomodating. We just didn't have the view of the harbor, but no problem at all since we didn't request it from the start anyway.

Our family had a fantastic experience at the Marco Polo Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Clare, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. The hotel's location is also excellent; it’s accessible to many attractions, which makes exploring the area a breeze. Overall, we highly recommend the Marco Polo Hotel for families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

We booked on the Club Floor and the breakfasts were excellent. The room was great and not travel far to the Lounge. The staff were superb. They were attentive, created a great atmosphere and have grown considerably in their roles in the last few years. We have been coming to the hotel for 45 years and always loved it.
