We liked the buffet, which was ++different than other hotel breakfast buffets. It had a few atypical options, ranging from egg flambe to miso. +++we also loved the view of TST (facing North-East) peninsula. It was an incredible view that blew my mind.

I recently stayed for 5days in the Continental Club room at the Marco Polo Hongkong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. However, I did feel that the decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated. While the room was adequate and comfortable for my needs, a refresh in design would elevate the overall ambiance. Despite this, the amenities and services offered in the Continental Club made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend it for those looking for a convenient location with excellent service.

Breakfast was very satisfactory and the location is strategically superb. The room was well appointed and spacious. Cleaning was alright and regular, when requested. I appreciated the quick revert from HK when ever requested to addl room amenities, especially when we requested for additional water. HK staff is pleasant, and the front desk staff is competent & accomodating. We just didn't have the view of the harbor, but no problem at all since we didn't request it from the start anyway.

The location was very convenient and central to everything. The staff was lovely and very helpful - especially housekeeping and the concierge!

The hotel lobby was beautiful but was always full of people Che king in and out plus it’s literally attached to the biggest shopping centre in HK! The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel room was large, clean and very comfortable. Make sure you join The Continental Club on 17/F with Angela and her team - Kenny, Simon and Andrew - they were excellent in looking after our daily meals, bookings for hairdressers, advices on what to do, extended stay on checkout day, with discounts on laundry, restaurants in hotel etc etc.

Convenient location to most sights and shopping. Outstanding staff, especially the Housekeeping staff. Not enough can be said about how this often overlooked group went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service and demonstrated their professionalism.

The harbour view and the large size of the room was excellent for families with young children. We also like the convenient location in Tsim Sha Tsui with direct access to the Star Ferry Terminal.

Marco Polo Club. Harbour View Room & Lounge access All breakfasts in the Club room + afternoon tea & evening drinks. Staff fabulous- especially Club room staff Angela, Simon & Kenny- stayed 8 days and they knew our preferences quickly and provided excellent personalised service and charm.

The view from the room is fantastic. Staff is very helpful. The room is very comfortable. It’s very easy to take the ferry to go to Hong Kong island. Many shops and restaurants around. Well situated in Kowloon. Good breakfast and excellent complimentary evening drinks and food on the Club floor.
